We utilize the collected information strictly to perform and manage our digital curation and animation services:

  • To review and evaluate your artwork for digital animation feasibility.
  • To contact you directly via email or Instagram to discuss package agreements, project details, and future collaborations.
  • To format and credit your creative work correctly when publishing animations to our official social media channels (The Revived Canvas on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Pinterest).

No Automated Financial Processing: We do not collect credit card details or process payments directly on our website or intake form. All billing queries and invoice processing happen manually after direct consultation.

3. Data Storage, Security, and Third-Party Tools

  • Google Forms Integration: Our asset submission process requires you to sign in with your Google Account to securely upload large media assets. Your uploaded files and form data are stored securely within our Google Workspace drive.
  • Social Platforms: Direct messaging exchanges and metadata publishing are governed by Instagram's privacy policies.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data, contact information, or raw artwork assets to outside third parties.

4. Intellectual Property & Creative Rights

  • Your Artwork Remains Yours: Artists retain 100% ownership and copyright of their original physical and digital paintings.
  • Promotional License: By submitting your artwork assets, you grant The Revived Canvas a non-exclusive license to transform, animate, and publish the resulting animation loops. This license is strictly limited to showcasing the animations on our official social media channels (The Revived Canvas on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Pinterest) to promote your work and our curation platform, and they will not be published on our website, other third-party platforms, or any marketing mediums without your explicit, separate consent.
  • Removal Requests: If you wish to have a published animation or your stored asset files removed from our database, please contact us directly. Once requested, your data deletion and asset removal will be processed and completed within 1 to 5 business days.
